Held at the Leeds Climate Hub on 22 September 2023, several Leeds Cycling Campaign members attended the recent car-free event. Its purpose was to find ways to enable car-free days to happen.
There were speakers from various community organisations:
Leeds Civic Trust
Glehow Valley (road closure for a Green Fair)
Horsforth
Otley
There were also useful discussions afterwards around all related issues including air pollution, public transport and of course cycling.
