Nick Munton of Leeds Cycling Campaign has submitted a proposal to Leeds City Council’s Cycling Consultation Forum
Cyclists in Leeds are encountering an increasing number of pinch points, particularly where the carriageway has been narrowed to accommodate a central island to assist pedestrians crossing. This has led to a number of near misses, and is inevitably not at all encouraging for novice cyclists.
