Leeds has a Core Cycle Network. I know this because someone told me, although it doesn't appear as a direct link when Googling. Assuming you could find a map, you'll also fine the routes look like the lines dogs take when compared to their owners - very wiggly. They tend to use side road to avoid main roads and traffic. They may or may not be adequately signed. They might be fine for children getting to school, or perhaps for those with time and who like mazes, but they are *not* useful commuting routes. Leeds City Council often touts the Core Cycle Network as something they are proud of. Well, we are not so sure about this.
How about we try to ride them, one at a time, and make an assessment of their usability and publicise the report?
