We held a Big Bike Ride in Leeds on Saturday 17th May to support the national Space for Cycling Campaign, meeting in Millennium Square. The ride included a family-friendly loop of the city centre, followed by a pootle out to Kirkstall abbey. The weather was glorious and a fab time was had by all - nearly 200 riders of all ages showing that everyone should be able to choose cycling.
We got great media coverage including the Yorkshire Evening Post and Road.CC, were featured on Calendar and Look North, and we were part of a national movement with rides taking place all over the country!
