Urban Easy Ride meeting at Pret-a-Manger on Wellington Place at 10:15 and heading out towards Meanwood Waitrose to check out the newly reconfigured Green Road/Stainbeck Avenue/ Meanwood Road layout that has motorists up in arms! We'll then head over to Oakwood in Roundhay for a tea break before returning to the city centre via Roundhay Road, avoiding sections without a cycle lane where possible and then back along North St, Vicar Lane and the Corn Exchange. Alternatively, we may use Dolly Lane/ Mabgate on our route back.

Meeting at The Tetley, Aire Park, for a friendly social

As is our tradition, we are having our Christmas/Winter shindig with prize Cycling Quiz on Sunday 15^th December at the Original Oak in Headingley.  Bringing together all of Leeds Cycling Campaign, the campaigners and administrators, the Easy Riders Urban, the Easy Riders Roundhay, the Long Riders and the WhatsApp Riders.
 

The ride is a circular to Temple Newsham with the aim to do some blackberry picking along the way and to have a picnic at the Skelton Lake complex. Optional to share food but please bring containers if you want to pick some berries. We will come back along the trans-pennine-trail.

Start and end point will be the Tetley Gallery at Aire Park.

There will be a Leeds City Council consultation regarding the Lawnswood Junction, explaining the latests plans which should be make this junction much better for cyclists.

Start - 6:30pm, presentation at 7pm.

Three short bridleway sections. Elevenses at Alne, Lunch at Yorks of Thirsk, poss refreshment at New Inn Eccup.
