Previous Easy Rides

Steve Jones will lead an easy, friendly ride to Thwaite Mills, stopping there at a nice café (which opens at 1pm).

Today's start points will be: Rounday Park (setting off at 10.30am), and The Hyde Park Book Club (LS6 1BL) (meet from 10.15 as usual, but today waiting for Steve Jones to arrive and setting off 11.00am approx).

Then on to the canal at Armley using this to get to the city centre and then on to Thwaite Mill riding on the new tarmac section of the transpennine trail in Hunslet and then we may double back on ourselves for possibly a coffee break at Granary Wharf.

Stanningley Park

Steven will lead an easy, friendly ride to Rodley Nature Reserve (http://www.rodleynaturereserve.org/) and back.  There is a nice café there to have hot drinks and cakes/biscuits/ice cream etc. but unfortunately they don't do meals.  We will use the cycle-friendly and beautiful canal towpath much of the way, and may stop to pick blackberries briefly.
