Out via the A CC (Alwoordley to City Centre) cycle route. Possible pick up in town (passing in front of the Playhouse), then using the cyclepath alongside Pontefract Lane to the Skelton services. Track to Rothwell, then via Carlton to Stanley Ferry to join the Transpennine trail route 67.
