Leeds Cycling Campaign took our new bike racks to Chapel Allerton Arts Festival and watched over visitors' bikes all day. The pop-up parking was really well used - knowing that your bike is safe when you lock it up encourages more cycling. We want to see much more extensive secure bike parking options across Leeds.
